IntelliJet International ("IntelliJet," "we," "us") respects the discretion our clients expect. This policy describes what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit an inquiry form, request details on an aircraft, respond to a mandate, or subscribe to our market notes, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number (optional), your message, and the aircraft or topic your inquiry concerns.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies for this purpose. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, pages requested). Embedded media players (for example, Vimeo) may set their own cookies when you play a video.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, route it to the right team member, and manage our client relationships in our customer-relationship systems. If you subscribe to our market notes, we use your email address to send them — and for nothing else. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

How it is shared

Inquiry submissions are processed by the service providers that run our infrastructure — website hosting, form relay, customer-relationship management, and analytics — solely to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, or in connection with an aircraft transaction you have asked us to pursue on your behalf.

Retention

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve the relationship and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

Every market-notes email includes an unsubscribe link. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can also configure your browser to refuse cookies; the site works without them.

Third-party links

Pages on this site link to third-party services (for example, social networks and WhatsApp). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
