About the Program

IntelliJet Insiders is a referral program which offers a finder’s fee to qualified individuals that notify our
company of an opportunity to buy or sell an aircraft (subject to a successful transaction). Given the close-knit
nature of the private aviation community, it is common for industry professionals to cross paths with
individuals that mention they are considering buying or selling an aircraft (or both). Through IntelliJet
Insiders, you can turn this knowledge into an income opportunity by partnering with us.

How It Works

The concept is simple – you give us the lead and we take it from there. If the information that you provide is
converted into a successful transaction, you will receive a finder’s fee. Typically, a duly executed fee agreement
is placed with the escrow agent to protect your interests and maintain confidentiality.

Who It’s For

This program is ideal for private aviation professionals working in the industry who commonly have contact
with owners or operators of private jets – pilots, maintenance personnel, schedulers, aircraft detailers, aircraft
photographers, charter operators, charter brokers, management companies, etc.

Ethics

As a company, we at IntelliJet have always taken pride in our professionalism and honesty when conducting
business. As such, there are certain scenarios in which we will not be able to offer a finder’s fee for ethical
reasons. Every situation is unique and will need to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. For example, we
could not offer a finder’s fee to a pilot if they were an employee of the company involved in the transaction.

The Finder’s Fee

The finder’s fee will be based on the commission earned by IntelliJet on the transaction. It is directly
proportional with the amount of assistance you provide. The more assistance provided, the higher the finder’s
fee. For example, an introduction between IntelliJet and the decision maker will increase the finder’s fee.
